ChargePanel AB (publ) (“ChargePanel”) and Charge4Go AB (Northe) can today announce a cooperation for charging of electric vehicles in Sweden with the ambition to even grow to further countries in Europe. Today ChargePanel has approximately 8000 charge points connected via its platform. The potential in this agreement is a 75% increase of connected charge points for ChargePanel before the end of 2024.
Northe is a leading platform for EV Fleet management where, through collaborations with large charging operators and charging station manufacturers, it is possible for i.a., leasing companies to offer a complete solution for their customers that cover home, public charging, and local charging points. Through the collaboration with ChargePanel the next dimension is enabled for Northe’s customers in the monitoring and administration of semi-public charging infrastructure.
Communication between ChargePanel’s platform and Northe will occur via OCPI (Open Charge Point Interface protocol) OCPI is an industry protocol that is used to enable amongst others, roaming between different networks of charging points. Further ChargePanel’s existing CPO customers will be given the opportunity to connect to Northe’s payment service and in this way increase accessibility.
