Our software supports all charging stations using OCPP, JSON (WebSockets), version 1.5 and above.

Smart charging functionality requires OCPP, JSON (WebSockets), version 1.6 and above.

* Our systems are not compatible with OCPP 1.5 and 1.6 SOAP.

The enterprise White Label solution (SaaS) contains three systems that are white labelled with your corporate branding. These systems include The Enterprise System, The Owner System, and the EV Driver App (Android and iOS) 

Enterprise System:
The Enterprise system provides one point of access for the management, functionality and operation of charge stations that are owned by separate businesses, organizations and charge point owners. Through an Enterprise Account you can create and manage owner accounts as well as view grouped statistics for all the owner accounts that are connected to your network.

Owner System:
Here accounts can be accessed by the charge point owners, where they can add charging pools*, define charging groups**, view statistics, usage, and manage the charge points for their specific locations.

Electric Vehicle – Driver App:
The app (Android and iOS) gives the EV drivers the ability to locate, activate and pay for their charging sessions. EV Driver Accounts are made available through the white label Mobile App available for iOS (iPhone) and Google Play (Android). EV Drivers can log-in, activate and pay for charging in accordance with the specifications set in the Owner Account for a charge point. Drivers can also view their charging history and download receipts. Charging sessions can optionally be started via RFID where this functionality is both made available by the charge station and activated in the Owner Account.

 

* Charging Pool: A charging pool is operated by one charge point operator/owner at one location/address and GPS coordinates and contain one or more charge points at the same location.

** Charging Groups: Charge points can be assigned to a group to make it easier to define settings and manage them.

Yes, we provide education and training during the initial onboarding. This can be at your location or via screen sharing, depending on the circumstances. After the education we will continue to assist you via email and phone.

Yes, if you are connected to the internet , you can access your accounts and the software platforms from anywhere.

Yes, to be able to add and manage Owner Accounts the Enterprise system is always required.

Yes, ChargePanel is responsible for maintenance of the system and updates according to our roadmap. You will be informed of updates and system maintenance in advance and rollouts will occur during quiet hours.

Yes, customized developments specific to your requirements can be negotiated under a separate agreement, upon request.

Yes, when you have an agreement with ChargePanel, compatibility testing for charge points using OCPP JSON (WebSockets), version 1.5 and above is included.

Servers & Hosting (2)

Our platforms are hosted within the European Union and are compliant with the legal requirements and protections of the European Union.

No, ChargePanel provides cloud-based SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platforms meaning you cannot download the software or host the software on your own servers.

Yes, we will create an integrated account for you with one of our trusted payment providers, you then receive access to the account for your usage.
