ChargePanel AB (publ) (“ChargePanel”) and PSW Power & Automation AS (”PSW”) have today signed an agreement for ChargePanel’s Enterprise Service for the Norwegian market. PSW will use the service for the operation of relocatable charging infrastructure and to manage 360 kWh DC charging stations.
This is the second agreement for ChargePanel in the Norwegian market and the first agreement with a company specializing in both electrical infrastructure and energy solutions as well as the marine and offshore industry in their service offering. The purpose of the agreement is for PSW to be able to offer their customers relocatable charging infrastructure through a container solution with the support of ChargePanel’s Enterprise solution.
ChargePanel has recently seen an increase in the number of requests from potential customers in the Norwegian market. The Norwegian market is a part of the home market, and The Company is going to work towards the signing of further agreements during the year.
“To have the opportunity to sign the agreement with PSW is very interesting for us and opens up a whole new industry segment. In addition, it can be a step towards new countries. The initial agreement is minimal in scope with a strategic potential for growth. This follows our strategy to sign agreements that can develop further and progress into new countries.” – Peter Persson, CEO – ChargePanel AB (publ)
