ChargePanel AB (publ) (“ChargePanel”) and EVCharge INC (”EVCharge”) have today signed an agreement including a license for ChargePanel’s Enterprise service and a reseller agreement. EVCharge will work as an EV charging operator and act as a reseller for the services that ChargePanel offers.
EVCharge will act as both a CPO and EMP through ChargePanel’s platform in the American market and the company will also resell ChargePanel’s services to companies who wish to operate under their own brand. The approximate number of connected charging outlets from EVCharge is estimated to reach 500 before the end of 2024.
ChargePanel has recently seen that the number of requests from potential customers in the American market has increased, with this being the second agreement signed in short succession. The American market will be important for the company, with further agreements expected during this year.
