ChargePanel’s expansion in Europe continues with EVPoint Ltd Malta

ChargePanel AB (publ) and EVPoint Ltd – (hereinafter referred to as the Company), enter into a cooperation for charging electric vehicles in Malta.

The company has today signed an agreement with ChargePanel for the subscription service Enterprise. The company intends to use ChargePanel’s SaaS platform for the expansion and management of charging networks for electric vehicles in Malta. The company plans to connect both AC and DC charging stations and estimates that over 300 charging outlets will be connected to ChargePanel’s Enterprise service by the end of 2023.

ChargePanel Enterprise is a subscription service of ChargePanel’s SaaS platform for larger corporate customers that will enable the Company to control and manage entire networks of electric vehicle infrastructure and provide charging services to electric vehicle drivers. The agreement is a first step in the collaboration between ChargePanel and the Company, where the ambition is to develop new solutions and functions for the market in the long term that can strengthen both parties.
