ChargePanel AB (publ) (“ChargePanel”) and P-Air AB (Pair) can today announce that they have entered a collaboration for electric vehicle charging in Sweden with the ambition for expansion to further countries in Europe. Pair has today signed an agreement for ChargePanels subscription service. Initially, Pair will connect approximately 400 charging points to the platform during the first quarter of 2023, with an additional 1200 charging points expected to be connected during the remainder of 2023.
Pair has central agreements with Nordic Choice Hotels and several other hotel chains, to facilitate the handling of hotel parking. With this agreement, Pair will be able to offer an effective and secure management of the charging infrastructure of existing and future business partners, which will happen via their app “Pair Recharge”. The communication between ChargePanels platform and Pair Recharge will take place via OCPI (Open Charge Point Interface protocol). This is an industry protocol that is used to enable, among other things, roaming between different charging networks.
