ChargePanel AB (publ) (“ChargePanel”) and Sun4Energy Group AB (publ) (“the Company”) enter a cooperation for the charging of electric vehicles for the Swedish market.
The company has today signed an agreement with ChargePanel for the subscription service Enterprise. The company intends to use ChargePanel’s SaaS platform for expansion and management of the charging network for electric vehicles in Sweden. The company plans to connect both AC and DC charging stations and estimates that approximately 750 charging sockets are connected to the ChargePanel’s Enterprise service by the end of 2022.
ChargePanel Enterprise is a subscription service of the company’s SaaS platform for large corporate customers that will enable the Company to control and manage the entire network of infrastructure for electric vehicles and provide charging services to electric vehicle drivers. The agreement is a first step in the collaboration between ChargePanel and the Company, where the ambition is to eventually develop new solutions and functions for the market that would strengthen both companies.
